In conjunction with Formula One this year, we are having a F1 Burger! A burger that’s impossible to resist, showcasing the rich allure of smoked burrata alongside a succulent wagyu patty. The wagyu’s juicy succulence is perfectly complemented by the house-made basil pesto, which is blended from fresh basil leaves that are transformed into a velvety infusion. This blend enriches every bite with a herby flavor that complements the wagyu, while also ensuring the burger bursts with a refreshing aroma. Accompanied with sliced tomato & lettuce to make every bite refreshing – all in between our house-made potato buns. It’s a burger you surely won’t want to miss!

Region: New South Wales Country: Australia Style: Pacific Ale Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 4.4% Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. Brad, Jamie and Ross stablished Stone & Wood Brewing Company in 2008. The three boys had spent many years working in the beer business. The dream was to quit ‘working for the man’, shed the corporate garbage and get back to basics. As the original brewers of the Northern Rivers, they built their first brewery at the eastern tip of Australia, in a part of the world where people enjoy having a beer when relaxing after catching a wave, catching a band at the pub or just catching up with friends.

Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever. Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Founders Brewing Co. ranks among the top 20 largest and fastest growing craft breweries in the U.S. Established in 1997 by two craft beer enthusiasts—Dave Engbers and Mike Stevens—with day jobs and a dream, Founders Brewing Co. brews complex, in-your-face ales, with huge aromatics and tons of flavor.

Founders 'Breakfast Stout' Oatmeal Stout (355ml)

Region: Hawke's Bay Country: New Zealand Style: Cider Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 5.4% Pours a very pale, clear yellow. Aroma is light with hints of Granny Smith type apple & a bit of yeast. Body is light & crisp, as in not as sweet as most NZ ciders. Tastes as if it is mostly a green apple like Granny Smith. Rather delicate style. Zeffer's cider making journey began in 2008 with Sam and Hannah throwing in their day jobs with the (some said crazy) idea to craft real New Zealand cider from freshly crushed apples in a small shed in Matakana. The first ever batch of Zeffer was sold at their local Farmers’ Market to rave reviews. It was so popular they began stocking a few local stores and soon the word spread far and wide about just how good their cider was.

La Chouette Cider (330ml)

Beers & Ciders

Origin: Riverland Region: South Australia Grape(s): Primitivo + Teroldego + Nebbiolo Style: Full-bodied red wine aged in used oak Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 13.8% The nose on this is just great. Ripe black fruit, Mediterranean herbs, leather and some earthy hints. A gangster of a wine, a notorious 90s lowrider with a tender heart. Business up front, party in the back. Full of European character, from the sturdy body to the velvety texture. Even though the alcohol stands out in the beginning, it blends perfectly with the acid and tannins after air. Bright, juicy, fun to drink even slightly chilled. Amato Vino was one of the first wineries we acquired through Burnt Ends Cellars and we're immensely proud that their exposure has managed to grow tremendously over the years. Brad & Sharon are a super-chill duo making wine from two of Australia's top regions - Margaret River and Riverland. WA is reserved for their classic styles of Chardonnay and Cab Sauv, while South Australia's Riverland is where the lo-fi magic happens. Single vineyards, handpicks, natural ferments. Clay amphora for fermentation and maturation. All the wild stuff with grapes such as Savagnin, Chenin Blanc and Primitivo.

Cullen Red Moon 

Region: Australia Grape(s): Pinot Noir Style: Light-bodied red wine aged in used oak Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 12.9% It has taken a little bit of time but Western Australia’s Great Southern is now a region to watch for pinot noir with its particularly savoury local style. No fruit bombs here – just brooding, earthy scented wines that show the darker side of pinot. Mid cherry red in colour, there is a delicious array of fruits from beetroot through to raspberry and cranberry before launching into baked earth, dark soil and subtle, spicy oak. It’s then quite bold in the mouth showing dark fruit flavours and layers of spice with sappy tannins and tangy acidity providing a solid base.

Frederick Stevenson Pinata 

Region: California Grape(s): Zinfandel Style: Full-bodied red wine aged in new American oak Drinkability: Impress Alcohol: 15.5% Dark ruby color with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry, and baking spice. The entry is rich, full, and scintillating. The palate is mouthwatering and smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, velvety tannins.

Saldo, "The Prisoner" Zinfandel NV 

Red Wine (750ml)

Youthful, almost soft nose – pear drop, passionfruit, hay and hints of asparagus. The mouthfeel excites on the first contact, offering spectacular richness and roundness, but simultaneously remaining light as a feather. Acid is not tart or green like you get in your textbook Sauvignon, but very mellow and balanced with the low abv. Gentle minerality on the finish. An easily approachable crowd-pleaser for those in want of an aromatic, crisp white wine that’s a tad different.

Ministry of Cloud Resiling 2021

White Wine (750ml)

Origin: Adelaide Hills Region: South Australia Grape(s): Cabernet Franc Style: Light-bodied rosé made in stainless steel Drinkability: Guzzle Alcohol: 12.5% Light salmon pink in the glass. Pleasant, sort of sweet aromatics - cranberry, candied cherry, raspberry. Very fruit-driven on the palate as well. Simple, refreshing, light. Alcohol is much lighter compared to the 2019 vintage, giving way to a lot more acidity. Great wine, works well at the price. In 2004, Tomfoolery started as a “fun” project, but over a decade and a half, this duo managed to produce some serious results. Ben "Chippy" Chipman and Toby "Yappy" Yap never tried to pigeonhole themselves with certain labels and their mission was clear – make pure expressions of the beautiful places where their grapes are grown. Find copious appeal for refreshing whites, rich reds and paler shades of rosé.
